George Forde

Lead Engineer George Forde has over 26 years of experience in the field of structural and civil engineering in construction sectors including the design of Housing and Apartment Developments, Bespoke Residential, Residential Care Facilities, Commercial, Educational, Industrial and Mixed-use.

George’s particular skills that extend beyond structural and civil engineering design include Fire Certificate Applications, Disability Access Certificate Applications, Building Control and BCAR procedures, full building regulations and fire compliance inspection, detailed Site Inspections and Health & Safety PSDP.

George has trained as a Passive House Designer and has excellent knowledge of the requirements under Part L of the Building Regulations and NZEB requirements.

George is currently undertaking a Masters in Fire Safety Engineering in Trinity College Dublin.
